Matt Mullan

Matt has spent 14 years at the top level of Professional and International Sport. Since retiring from international rugby Matt’s passion for fitness led him to qualify as a Personal Trainer.  Matt has transitioned from running on the pitch to enjoying and challenging himself to long distance running. Matt is a father of two young children, runs his own business so understands the importance of finding a balanced lifestyle that fits his personal and work life.

Abigail Weber

Abigail has 16 years experience as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with an interest in Running and injury prevention. Abigail has treated clients in professional sport, private, occupational health as well the NHS. Abigail is an amateur runner herself who runs to challenge herself as well as to allow her time away from the stress of running a business and being a mother of 2 daughters! Abigail understands some individuals run for the physical gains, some for the emotional gains and, some for both. But most importantly understands, that, when running becomes something to help you process, function and, perform in regular life an injury can be cripling and can affect you in more than one way.
