Abigail Weber
FOUNDER & LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST
I have wide ranging experience working extensively within the NHS, sports industry, for corporate and for private clients, which has given me the opportunity to develop the skills and expertise I bring to my work today as a Specialist of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
I have a passion for making a real difference to people’s lives through my work; and achieving this starts with understanding the individual.
What I love the most is heading off on an adventure with my family or friends to explore new shores - or mountains. And when I’m not doing that I’ll be keeping fit running, swimming, skiing or playing netball.

Kay Conway
MASSAGE THERAPIST & SKIN CARE SPECIALIST
I have been a Massage Therapist for over 15 years, I gained most of my experience working in prestigious spas across the Channel Islands, London and the Cotswold's before deciding to treat clients privately.
Wellbeing has always been a big part of my job; massage is not just about treating the body but the mind too. Ive always been passionate about helping others and there's no better feeling than knowing you've made someone feel better and had a positive impact on their lives.
In my spare time I love going on long walks with my two dogs, reading and I'm also a big foodie so I never miss an opportunity to dine out and catch up with friends.

FRONT OF HOUSE
Having recently moved from Hawaii with my wife and husky, I’ve made the Cotswolds my home and am embracing the slower pace and stunning countryside. With a passion for cooking, wellness, and community, I thrive on creating meaningful connections—both around the table and out on the trails. I’m excited to bring energy, creativity, and a strong sense of family to this new chapter and contribute to the vibrant local life here in the Cotswolds.

Russ Walker
PILATES INSTRUCTOR
I have a modern, technical and practical approach to Pilates which is the style which worked for me. Each exercise is functional and the benefits for pain, sports or just general life and wellbeing are outlined during the session, with a real focus on precision and control.
Before becoming an instructor myself, I really struggled to find an instructor with an approach which made me feel comfortable and that made sense. Once I found that person I never left and still work with them to this day. There are so many different styles and approaches to Pilates out there that you may try a number and give up, I did on more than one occasion! But perhaps my approach is the style you have been looking for.
After years of back problems to the point where I would struggle to get dressed in the mornings at age 29, weekly Pilates practice enabled me to get back to playing rugby, doing squats and deadlifts in the gym and even improved my mobility and performance.
I still have good days and bad days, but I got my life back and for me it was absolutely game changing. You learn a lot that you can apply to every day life to improve your general health and wellness from Pilates, from sitting correctly and getting up from chairs more often, to engaging certain muscles when you lift things to protect your back.
Everyone should be doing some variation of this type of work, whether it’s to deal with an existing issue, help prevent future issues or just to generally improve fitness and complement any current activity.

Georgie Gruner
Pilates Instructor
I have been teaching Pilates since 2019 and reaping the benefits of Pilates for over
16 years. I am a Certified Body Control Pilates Teacher, a Pilates method that makes
Pilates adaptable and available to all. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or
illness, wish to gain strength and mobility for everyday life or training for a specific
sport. Maybe you wish to work towards Joseph Pilates’ Classical Repertoire!
I love to watch my clients become more aware of their body, developing their ability
to move and release tension, build strength and realign their bodies and develop
confidence in their movements. Posture, alignment, control and release form an
integral part of my classes which I teach in a calm and encouraging manner.
Outside of Pilates I love to spend time with my family and planning our next
adventure. My spare time is usually spent watching our boys play their various sports
or out for a walk with the dog!
