Skin is the largest organ in our body, and needs some loving care and attention. Whether it’s through daily skincare routines or more infrequent checks, treatments and assessments, if we look after our skin it will protect us, become more stable, look radiant and even roll back the years.
So we’ve teamed up with some expert practitioners in skin care and treatments to open up the possibilities for our clients - perhaps regain an understanding of your own skin, perhaps to treat a troublesome condition, or perhaps to provide some care to help you simply feel even better in yourself. Our practitioners offer a wide range of treatments, from facials to anti-wrinkle injections, fillers, radio frequency treatment and microneedling and some more specialised treatments.

Micro Needling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that is clinically proven to reduce lines, wrinkles and scarring.
This treatment uses small needles to cause tiny punctures in the skin, these stimulate your body’s natural wound healing process triggering the production of collagen and elastin, leaving skin brighter, smoother, more plumped, and over time lines scarring can be significantly reduced.

Radio Frequency Pro.
Radio Frequency works to provide a tightening effect on the skin.
It does this by generating heat deep within the dermis from 36-37 degrees to 38-40 degrees, causing the collagen fibres to shrink and contract giving the tightening effect.
The treatment heads have 4-6 metal contact points that touch the clients skin. These alternate from a positive to negative current at approximately 800,000 times a second. The cells try to line up with this fast, alternating current. An exercise class for the dermis… This produces heat which stimulates cells, and in turn makes them produce collagen and elastin within a faster cell renewal cycle.
It also works on fat cells, putting them under compression until they disperse, causing refinement of contours on the body and jawline.

I have specialised in massage and skincare for over 17 years. I gained most of my experience working in prestigious spas across the Channel Islands, London and the Cotswolds before deciding to treat clients privately.
Growing and improving my skills have always been a big part of my work so I can provide my clients with the best possible treatment, the most rewarding part is seeing the positive impact these treatments have from becoming more happy and confident on the outside and improving inner well being.
In my spare time I love going on long walks with my dogs and I’m also a big foodie so I never miss an opportunity to dine out and catch up with friends.
